I am a certified UX Researcher and trained UX Designer.

I moved from theory to praxis.

I am an academic qualitative researcher and queer educator.

I have researched on discrimination of Women of Color in elite sports, focussing on racism and gender discrimination. Therefore, I have a broad and deep understanding of gender inequalities, Critical Whiteness, and qualitative research overall. I facilitate workshops on queer and DEI matters.

Working in Sport Sociology has taught me to take different perspectives and to analyze current discourses.

Inclusive Design is a must.

Being queer and non-binary, I am affected by gender discrimination and marginalization.
